CAUTION:
Do not remove the radiator cap sub-assembly or radiator drain cock plug while the engine and radiator assembly are still hot. Pressurized, hot engine coolant and steam may be released and cause serious burns.
PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

3. REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector. |

(b) Remove the clip and engine coolant temperature sensor from the water outlet. NOTICE: If the engine coolant temperature sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it. |
