Lexus RX (RX 350L, RX450h) 2016-2026 Repair Manual: Initialization

• The cable is disconnected from the negative (-) battery terminal.
• A fuse of the power back door system power source circuit has been removed and installed or replaced.
• The multiplex network door ECU is removed and installed or replaced, or a connector is disconnected.

HINT:

• Initialization is not necessary if the above have been performed with the back door closed.
• When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, some systems need to be initialized after the negative (-) battery terminal is reconnected.
