Lexus RX (RX 350L, RX450h) 2016-2026 Repair Manual: Precaution

NOTICE:

• When a rear power seat is operating, make sure that the area around the seat is free of obstructions.
• When a rear power seat is operating, be careful not to allow any part of your body or foreign objects to interfere with the seat or other components as injuries or damage to components may result.
• If something becomes jammed between the seat cushion and seatback when a rear power seat is operated by a rear power seat switch, the fold seat switch assembly, the rear power seat will stop moving and a buzzer sounds.
• If a fold seat control ECU has been replaced, initialization must be performed. If initialization is not performed, the fold operation, return operation, reclining operation and jam protection function will not operate.
• When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following systems after the cable is reconnected.
