REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY

3. REMOVE NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly.

Inspection

INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Inspect the No. 1 interior illumination light. (1) Apply battery voltage to each terminal of No. 1 interior illumination light connector and check the operation of the No. 1 interior illumination light. Result: Connection Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → 2 Battery negative (-) → 1 No. 1 interior illumination light comes on If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly.

*a Component without harness connected (No. 1 interior Illumination Light Assembly)

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly.

(b) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY
