INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT SHIFT PADDLE SWITCH (TRANSMISSION SHIFT SWITCH ASSEMBLY)

(a) Shift Paddle Switch (Transmission Shift Switch Assembly) LH:

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Tester Connection

Condition

Specified Condition

2 (ECC) - 1 (SDN)

"-" continuously pulled

Below 2.5 Ω

Released

1 MΩ or higher

If the result is not as specified, replace the shift paddle switch (transmission shift switch assembly) LH.

(b) Shift Paddle Switch (Transmission Shift Switch Assembly) RH:

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
