INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR RH

(a) Cooling Fan Motor 100 W Type:

(1) Install the cooling fan motor RH with the 3 screws.

Torque:

2.6 N·m {27 kgf·cm, 23 in·lbf}

(2) Engage the 3 clamps.

(3) Connect the cooling fan motor RH connector.

(b) Cooling Fan Motor 200 W Type:

(1) Install the cooling fan motor RH with the 3 screws.

Torque:

3.9 N·m {40 kgf·cm, 35 in·lbf}

(2) Engage the 2 clamps.

(3) Connect the cooling fan motor RH connector.

2. INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR LH

(a) Install the cooling fan motor LH with the 3 screws.

Torque:

3.9 N·m {40 kgf·cm, 35 in·lbf}

(b) Engage the 3 clamps.

(c) Connect the cooling fan motor LH connector.

3. INSTALL FAN RH

NOTICE:

Do not reverse the position of the fan LH and fan RH when installing them. Doing so may damage the parts.

(a) Install the fan RH with the nut.

Torque:

6.3 N·m {64 kgf·cm, 56 in·lbf}

4. INSTALL FAN LH

NOTICE:

Do not reverse the position of the fan LH and fan RH when installing them. Doing so may damage the parts.

(a) Install the fan LH with the nut.

Torque:

6.3 N·m {64 kgf·cm, 56 in·lbf}
