INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) w/ Automatic Headlight Beam Level Control System:

(1) Engage the clamp.

(2) Connect the connector and raise the connector lock lever to engage the claw and lock the connector as shown in the illustration.

	Connect in this Direction

(b) w/o Automatic Headlight Beam Level Control System:

(1) Connect the 3 connectors.

(2) Engage the 3 clamps.

(c) Engage the guide to temporarily install the headlight assembly as shown in the illustration.

Install in this Direction

(d) Pull back the front fender reinforcement sub-assembly top and install the screw as shown in the illustration.

*b	Bolt <B>
*c	Screw
	Pull Back in this Direction

(e) Install the headlight assembly with the 2 bolts <A> and bolt <B>.

Torque:

7.0 N·m {71 kgf·cm, 62 in·lbf}

(f) Remove the protective tape.

2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY TOP

(a) Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides.

(b) Install the front fender reinforcement sub-assembly top with the center hood cushion and clip.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

4. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

5. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
