PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY (Bulb Type)

(a) Apply battery voltage to the connector and check that the courtesy light comes on.

Battery positive (+) → 1

Battery negative (-) → 2

Always

Courtesy light comes on

If the result is not as specified, replace the bulb or courtesy light assembly.

2. INSPECT COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY (LED Type)

(a) Apply battery voltage to the connector and check that the courtesy light comes on.

If the result is not as specified, replace the courtesy light assembly.
